Service tech completed the software update in 30 mins. I was very satisfied with Coconut Ford's. Overall: Excellent work from Service techs. One suggestion, When I set up online appointment someone at service dept. mentioned to call don't do online and I never had problem with Toyota dealers before. Also Service desk was talking about covid and vaccine and try to impose how good FL that you don't have to follow too much restrictions. It was bit uncomfortable. More

I recognize excellent service at a glance being in Customer Service management for most of my career. When I entered the service department to meet my service advisor, Steve Heinking, I was late and t Customer Service management for most of my career. When I entered the service department to meet my service advisor, Steve Heinking, I was late and there were a few customers ahead of me. I smiled to myself as I watched Steve take great care of those customers with a pep to his step and a joyful attitude. Steve was quick and efficient! Shortly after, it was my turn. My Fusion had a few recalls and some other needed work. Steve explained the details involved and I thought I would never see my car again (ha-ha)! I observed him coordinating with other members of the service team. I could see the pride this dealership has for service. Well, I DID get my car back sooner than expected. For an older girl, she is running beautifully! Who would imagine how taking your car in for service would be an experience to remember? …THIS girl and her car! Thank you! More

We were not satisfied this time because during the previous visit you placed a sticker with the mileage for next oil change for free. You guys did not honor the free oil change today.
