My Review Of Coggin Acura:

This is the 6th Acura we have purchased from Ken Thomas at Coggin Acura. Ken has always been helpful, honest and forthright in our dealings. He is respectful of our opinions and does not try to oversell. That is why we keep going back to him for our new cars. In fact a number of years ago we had a problem with the Service Dept and I mentioned it to Ken. It was taken care of promptly. So much for the adage that once a salesperson sells you a car they are no longer around when you have a problem. To Coggin Acura's credit we received a letter from the General Manager Todd Seth assuring the problem was being looked into and would not happen again. In fact that is true. We continue to have our cars serviced at Coggin Acura.
When you are feed up with the whole car buying process go see Ken Thomas. You will not be sorry and you will walk away with a great car!

My Review Of Coggin Acura:

Today I picked up my new Acura and drove it home. This was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle (this was my 11th new car purchase) from the moment I walked in until I drove out with my new car two days later. It was all made possible by one man, Ken Thomas, due to his professionalism, experience and knowledge of Acura cars. At no time was there pressure for me to make a quick decision or do anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. I really appreciated the test drive where Ken let me check/drive the vehicle any way I wanted to insure this was the car I wanted. In summary as long as Ken works at Acura he will be my salesman of choice for future purchases.

My Review Of Coggin Acura:

I am in the market for a new vehicle purchase and I have researched online various vehicle makes and models and my research led me to the Coggin Fort Pierce Acura dearlership. My research also left me with questions that could only be answered by a sales associate and it was Billy who greeted us. What's important to me is how I am approached and how knowledgable the sales associate is; I was lucky on both counts with Billy. Billy was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and I appreciated his keen sense of customer aptitude. Armed with everything I need to know to confidently purchase an Acura, all I need to do now is pick a color and return to the dealership with my husband and ask for Billy.

We were taken advantage of in a big way by these two men during a trade-in. Asbury automotive being a publicly held company should replace theses two men with "Honest and Ethical people.

Paul was very, very rude to us while using extremely offensive and un-professional language too! We left and went to another dealer. Don't use Coggin Acura- they are very bad people!

Don't use them. Todd Seth & Paul Vincent are only interested in your wallet. Once you leave the dealer you have - customer No service - nothing else. This is my second experience with Coggin. Do not trust Coggin. Take your car buying elsewhere.

My Review Of Coggin Acura:

I have experienced 12 years dealing with Coggin Acura - all with Ken Thomas - all very, very good. I drove a 92 Legend for 17 years, had it serviced with Coggin when we moved to Florida permanently in 2000. I worked with several Service Managers at Coggin over the years and they were all courteous and expedited my service visits wonderfully. No complaint re waiting for anything.

I turned in my Legend, and with Ken's guidance, leased a TSX, then a year or so later I moved to a TL. I am so thrilled with my TL, makes me smile when I drive it. I'm an ole gal but know caring, experience and expertise when I see it. Ken has those qualities plus he was sensitive to our needs. I am the sole driver in our family and driving an Acura makes me feel safe and my dealings with Ken makes me feel safe.

I will drive nothing but an Acura for as long as I can and deal with no one but Ken Thomas for as long as I can.

My review, hopefully, answers the "Why" I have given a solid rating of 5. It'd give a 10 if it was available.

This would be the second time I have had excellent service and advise from Ken Thomas.
He is a gentleman and an excellent salesman, he has given freely and patiently of his time to answer all my questions.
His follow-up is very professional. I look forward to future business with him,
at Coggin Accura of Fort Pierce.
I have recommend him to my friends and family in the past, and would do so again.

From the moment we walked into Coggin Acura we were treated with the utmost respect, warmth and courtesy.Our salesman, Ken Thomas was friendly and was the most knowlegable
sales person we encounter during our 2 week search for a new automobile from other car manufacturers. It was a pleasure not to feel pressured by anyone at Coggins to feel pressured in making such a big decisiion. They really worked with us and matched us with the perfect car for our needs.
