First time experience with Coggins BMW. My husband and I were so impressed with their experience, courtesy, and zero pressure sales tactics. We were referred to Dave Colonna, sales manager from a personal friend. He took the time to listen to our needs and placed us with Yousef Bagdadi ,the sales person. After struggling with another area BMW dealership trying to get to the bottom of an A/C problem in my X3, Coggin's staff took the time and attention to figure out the problem. Not only did they quickly fin to get to the bottom of an A/C problem in my X3, Coggin's staff took the time and attention to figure out the problem. Not only did they quickly find the reason the system was not working, but they also put in preventive measures to make future diagnostics better if the problem resurfaced. Worst dealership for sales and service: - Lately I was trading in my 2021 430i with 11000 miles for a new 2024 530. They offered me such a low price that I did the same deal at Melbourne BMW at a much hig trading in my 2021 430i with 11000 miles for a new 2024 530. They offered me such a low price that I did the same deal at Melbourne BMW at a much higher trade in price who in turn sold back my 430i within two weeks. Coggin BMW still has on their lot for over 3 months now the 530i I was interested in. - Service: the sunroof on my new 530i was making too much noise. Coggin refused to have their tech guy take a quick look to see if it could be fixed while I waited. They insisted that I have to get an appointment which was not available before 3 weeks. At that given date they told me no car loaner is available and that they will drop me off at Enterprise car rental !!! More

Paul was as very easy to work with and made the whole buying experience a pleasure. The dealership took care of all the paperwork in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised to drive my new vehicle home that very day. I’d also like to mention Amanda Marshall with the BMW Genius department, who spent a considerable amount of time sitting in my new car with me and going over all the new features. Dustin was the BEST! Friendly and explained everything very well to a nurse (me!) who doesn't know a lot about cars or warrantees.
