I WQS ABSOlUTLY FREEZING. .. Only to find out the air con was set at 645 degrees well there ya go. In was taken care of immediately after I had the nerve to say something. I am .. I am a rescue diver and I and I thought it was 64 .... but anyhow they were great and I got to feel my toes and fingers again. It was literally miserable!!!! LOL I lobe my guy and and all the people there it's all good... :) five stars always man... More

As of Friday, I’m still waiting for your service manager to call me back. If you know the two sons only take synthetic oil and why send me a coupon for 2995? Don’t tell me when I get ready to pay that you a to call me back. If you know the two sons only take synthetic oil and why send me a coupon for 2995? Don’t tell me when I get ready to pay that you are applying a coupon to my charge which is now 3995 and act like you’re doing me a favor! I also left word with Sean. You might have a new fancy service department, but if you cannot be acknowledge when you walk in the door and just stand there for a good 510 minutes waiting for someone to talk to you all that money you just spent doesn’t impress me at all. One of your guys just would’ve had to say welcome to our new service department. I’ll be with you in a moment. Shawn said he was gonna take that up with his department. Let’s hope he did. More
