Made appointment for service, went to appointment, waited a little over an hour until they came and told me they did nothing. Couldn't do the work because they ran out of the needed parts. So, they knew what a little over an hour until they came and told me they did nothing. Couldn't do the work because they ran out of the needed parts. So, they knew what the appointment was for, why didn't they set the part aside for use on my vehicle? Poorly operated service department are ordering the part for some future date. Instead of giving me that information up front, they made the appointment, wasted my time, and accomplished nothing. More
