I would have given them 5 stars BUT. ..I asked to have the vehicle in both my name and my partner....he also signed all of the paperwork....got the registration yesterday only in my name. ..I asked to have the vehicle in both my name and my partner....he also signed all of the paperwork....got the registration yesterday only in my name....I should have checked the temporary one the gave us....but it's their job to get it right, pretty big deal and I am sure when we go to DMV to fix it , it will cost us $$$$$ More

As far as I can tell, the work I paid for was completed. The drop off experience was hectic despite my appointment. The communication afterwards was inadequate. I could not reach a person on the phone to answer my questions. I did not get notified when the work was going to be complete. When I picked up the car, it was left in disarray. Items from my glove box were on the floor and in the center console, the sticker from the previous oil change was on the rear view mirror, a hair cover was in the center console, there were leaves and pollen on the dash, but n the windows sills, and in the door handles. I spent thousands of dollars and the state of the vehicle when I picked it up makes me very concerned about the level of professionalism that was paid to my repairs. More
