This was by far the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. I never felt pressured, or rushed. The staff went through the vehicle with great detail and ensured we knew all of the features. I would most definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

This was absolutely the best experience I have had with a dealership! From the moment I contacted them I could tell that they really wanted me to have the car I wanted and they worked with me to make that happen.

My deal started over the internet and phone with Jim, "Chief" the internet sales manager. From there I dealt with Michael Huang. Let me just say that when I started the deal I didn't have much faith that it was going to work out. I was upside down in the car that I was driving. I had tried several other dealerships to no avail. These people worked with me to get a deal that my husband and I were very happy with.

I sent them pictures of the car I was driving and gave them the mileage and such and they gave me an estimate over the phone. Of course I would have to bring it in for them to see it in person, but when I did, it was exactly like they promised. I drove to the dealership after work and my new car was sitting there washed and waiting for me! I was treated like royalty from the moment I walked in the door! I almost expected things to change when I got there in person but they didn't.

I went for a test drive with Michael and signed the paperwork. It was pretty late after all that but Michael still took the time to show me everything about the car. He even helped me set up the wireless features. These people are awesome! Thank you Coggin, love my new Honda!

Remember this name Daniel Stevens. Let me start off by saying I hate buying a car. I usually go through a car broker just so I don't have
to step one foot on a dealership lot. I can not stand the sales pitch from car sales people. What can I do today to have you drive this
car off the lot today! You say a price they say come on in lets talk and we can get you to that price. Ok, after several times the sales person
has to go talk to the next level of management. You want to scream. Can I just talk to the person you are talking to and cut to the chase. O,
they will get you to any price you want. A 5 year loan that you end up paying more in interest than you did for the car itself.
NONE... of this happened to me while working with Daniel Stevens. As a matter of fact I left and came back to the dealership a couple
of times. I chatted via internet and phone with Daniel. I went to other dealerships, I shopped around but kept coming back to Daniel. All Daniel
kept saying was, "Thank you" for just walking onto our lot today. Ok, did Coggin Honda send their sales people to a new school of how to sell
a car or was Daniel the real deal? Daniel is way to laid back to sell cars I thought. Guess what, he sold me one! Still can not believe
his ease of talking with me. Never pressured me, never made me feel bad when I said. I have to sleep on this. He just let me come and go.
What dealership lets you come and go without saying, let's sign today, come inside let's talk to my boss, do you want to finance, what do
you have to trade in. We can get to your price. No you can't. No you won't. Daniel Stevens crushed numbers and I drove off with a car.
I am still in shock! Please, everyone ask for Daniel Stevens. Coggin Honda Atlantic Blvd Jax Fl. Did I mention, Daniel is a nice guy too!

i came to this dealership and i was very dissapointed by treatment of used car manager which was rude,pushy and very unprofessional.first he tried to sell me a car i didnt like ,then he tried hit me with really high interest rate and then he (when it became obvious that i will not buy a car there)made some rude comment about my credit worthiness . . . i will never try to do business with coggin .btw my salesman dennis was nice and apologetic

I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience at Coggin Honda Atlantic Blvd. From the moment I was very promptly greeted by salesman Danill Ushenko through a couple of subsequent visits until I finalized the purchase, I was treated courteously, respectfully and without any pressure that I was expecting to be forthcoming. Danill was most informative and knowledgable about his product and answered every question that my wife and I posed.
