Everyone was wonderful , but the main reason everything turned out perfect was because of the professionalism, knowledge, hard working and very detailed Senior Sales Consultant, Alberto J. Diaz. I ran a school system for over 20 years and I can read people extremely well. Alberto made it all work because of his integrity and wanting to make us happy with the purchase. After our purchase , we were in a hurry and actually forgot something at the dealership, well after we were on our way home, Albert was already on the road towards our home to take care of what we left! Just an out salesman, but more important a truly outstanding individual. I already know where I will be buying my next car and I am sure you already know who my Sales Consultant will be!!!! Horrible service and long wait time When I arrived for my oil change appointment, I was told the wait was 2 hours, so I said I could not wait that long because I had to pick my kids up f When I arrived for my oil change appointment, I was told the wait was 2 hours, so I said I could not wait that long because I had to pick my kids up from school so I would have to reschedule. The service rep asked me to wait as he checked how many cars still needed to be serviced, came back and said ok it will only be an hour. An hour and 15 minutes later I asked for the status, the technician walked in an said sorry I forgot to put the filter back on so all of the oil spilled and I have fixed that but now the check engine light is on so we are working on that now. Another 20 minutes went by as I am watching several employees go to my vehicle, at this point I was concerned. I spoke to the manager letting him know I had an appointment it had been almost 2 hours and asked what the problem is? The manager said that the filter was defective and it was not because the employee forgot to put it on, "he is actually one of our better employees" he said. Well now I have heard two different stories I most likely will not return here. The manager said that is fine it is your prerogative, he did not apologize or anything. I will never return to this location again. The service is not good and they lied to me about how long it would take so I wouldn't leave, with no regard for me having to pick my children up on time. I still feel uneasy about the oil change. Never again. Would not recommend. I was better off going to Walmart or tires plus. More
