Customer Service Par Excellent! Choosing the right vehicle isn't easy given the many models to choose from. My wife and I went to Coggin Honda Jacksonville and took home our desired Choosing the right vehicle isn't easy given the many models to choose from. My wife and I went to Coggin Honda Jacksonville and took home our desired Honda Odyssey 2019. The following day, I was uneasy and just felt uncomfortable driving around. So we decided to stop by at this dealership and request to change our van to a sedan. Alberto Diaz assisted us extremely well. He made us feel that he understood our predicament. He suggested a car that would suit our need AND he worked wonders to void our purchase of the van. In a blitz, we got a molten lava colored Honda Civic 2019! Thanks to Alberto and Ibrahim who did the numbers (and possibly haggled with their managers in our behalf) and got us another good deal. It was truly a wonderful experience getting a car from this dealership. The customer service we experienced was exemplary! Great experience at Coggin Honda Used Cars on Alantic Ave. We went to look at one car but the time we arrived it was already sold. Our salesman Salah showed us a couple other cars. The price was a little over what we were looking to spend. We were able to come up with a price that was still in our budget without any type of pressure. The finance department was very easy to work with answering all questions. Upon picking up the car we had a small issue when leaving. I brought the car back and they looked at and fixed the problem without any hassle. In my mind they truly do want to provide excellent customer service at the used car sales. More
