Mike Hernandez and Coggin Honda Dealership, a Winning Team I brought my car in for the 105,000 mile service. I bought my 2011 CR-V new at Coggin Honda, Jacksonville and have had all my services there. I req I brought my car in for the 105,000 mile service. I bought my 2011 CR-V new at Coggin Honda, Jacksonville and have had all my services there. I request the same service rep. each time, Mike Hernandez. He is respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable about the Honda cars. (My husband has a Pilot and I bring it in for service, as well.) Last time I brought the CR-V in, it cost me $45.00 for the 105,000 service. I could have been charged for extra parts and work and wouldn't know the difference, but I have not been told I need anything extra since I bought the car, except tires. I still have the original brake pads. I keep asking if I need to have this or that done and they keep telling me no, everything is in good condition. I LOVE my CR-V. My husband loves his 2006 Pilot and bought it because I love my car so much. So, am I happy with the dealership...I think so! Am I trustful of Mr. Hernandez, extremely. Many thanks to both!! More
