My Review of Coggin Honda of Orlando:
I have been to Coggin Honda of Orlando several times, but 2 years ago my husband and I won the jack pot when we meet Elyin Perez. We have been to several other car dealers and the experience was not as wonderful as the one I received at Coggin Honda of Orlando. Elyin Perez is a magnificent Sales Associate. My husband and I are very pleased with the type of service and information he provides to us. We bought a Honda Pilot about 1 ½ years ago with Elyin and now we just bought a New Honda Civic. I will not buy anything unless Elyin is there.
If you go to Coggin Honda of Orlando make sure you stop by and see him you won’t regret it. He can answer any questions you may have about the car and he will not lie to you. He will not pressure you in buying a car and he will try his best to find a car that meets your needs. He is so easy to talk to and he is always willing and able to help you.
One of the serveal things I like about him is that if you leave him a message he will get back to you promptly, you don’t have to wait forever to get a call back. He showed me every car I wanted to see without any rush or pressure. I love that because I am a very difficult buyer and I like to take my time so I felt relax and I found the perfect car for me. I have referred him to family and friends and they are also very pleased with the knowledge and service he provides. Coggin of Orlando you did a great job in hiring Elyin Perez and for this reason I will be back and so will family and friends.

My Review of Coggin Honda of Orlando:
Mr. Brown was professional and really listened to me and took my needs as a customer into consideration. I had done my homework and knew what it would take for me to finalize my deal and buy my car that day.

He listened to me and did not try to "double talk-bamboozle me!!!!" I went 1.5 hours away from home to try to find a dealer that was willing to meet my needs as an informed buyer who knew what she wanted and the price she could afford to pay, leaving some profit for the dealer to make a profit.

I would recommend COGGINS and Mr. Brown to others shopping for a Honda product.

My Review of Coggin Honda of Orlando:
I have purchased numerous cars, and this is the very first time buying a car without my husband. I did not get the round around like I have experinced at other dealership. I called talked to Mr. Alvin Santana, and I told him what I was looking for. I also told him what I wanted to pay, and that I did not want to go to the dealership and come out kicking myself like I have done so, in the past.

When I walked into Caggins Honda, I was greeted by the receptionist, who immedatley asked me If I wanted any coffee. Mr. Santana knew what I wanted and did not waist my time. I purchased a Honda Accord, I love it.

I am so pleased that no games were played, especially with me going by myself.

I would highly recommend this Dealership, but I would tell them to deal with Mr. Santana, he is the real thing. "HONEST"

My Review of Coggin Honda of Orlando:
My very independant 27 year-old daughter's Accord lease-end was coming up in three months and she had been searching and test driving different cars at many dealerships. When she mentioned she was going to Coggin Honda, I decided to go with her since I am familiar with Coggin and our family has bought six of seven Hondas from this same dealership, including the two my Mother and I drive now. She test drove two vehicles but decided on the 2010 version of the vehicle she was due to turn in because she liked it so much. Nelson was very sincere, friendly and had her driving away in her new vehicle in record time. Not only did Coggin Honda buy out the remaining months on her lease, but her payments are lower than she had been paying for the last four years (and no, she was not upside down on her last vehicle). This was the fastest and most pleasant car buying experience we have had. It's refreshing to know there are dealerships out there that are interested in customer service and you walk away feeling like you got a great car at a very affordable payment!

Robbie was great!! I normally HATE going to car dealer's. Normally they don't listen to what I want and try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Robbie was very friendly and yet professional. He made buying a new car simple and even fun! On another note...even just walking around in Coggin Honda...all the employee's were smiling..even the ones that weren't helping me. Thank you!!!!!! Other dealer's should stop by and see what Terrific Customer Service is. It goes a long way!!
