My original intention for the visit was to review the 2011 Honda Insight. There was only one on the lot and was not in the colour of my liking. As I was about to walk away Mr. Hartmann, who had overheard the conversation, suggested that I look at the 2010 Honda Insight which was in the process of being traded in. As you know, the end result was my purchase of said car. This, to me, showed signs of a top notch salesman who was aware of everything that was happening at his dealership as well as his own personal undertakings.
