Disappointed after multiple visits After multiple visits to the service center at Coggin Toyota I must say that I am less than impressed with their service. I have given this dealership After multiple visits to the service center at Coggin Toyota I must say that I am less than impressed with their service. I have given this dealership multiple chances to work on my car and each time I have left disappointed. My biggest concern is their lack of communication and inaccurate estimates on wait times. Not that my time is more valuable than anyone else, I do expect accurate estimates on how long I will wait. Yesterday I was quoted 45 minutes for a simple oil change without the complimentary car wash. It ended up taking two hours and thirteen minutes until I was able to leave. The only communication I received was a text message, 35 minutes after I initially dropped off my car, suggesting additional service. I was not approached once by any team member about the status of my car until I checked out. While this may sound petty, this has happened each time that I have come in for service which is why I decided to write a review. More
