My Review of Coggin Toyota at the Avenues:
We bought a 2008 Rav4 from Eric Chart and would recommend him as a salesman and Coggin Toyota as a dealership to anyone looking to buy. They were friendly, up-front and concerned about what we wanted in a vehicle. They worked with us on price so that we were (nearly) within budget. My one word of advice is to handle your financing before you arrive because our experience with the financing department was less than satisfying. We were pushed more to buy the $1,000 warranty than we were to buy the $30,000 car. Otherwise, our entire experience was wonderful and we are very happy with our new car. Thanks, Eric!

Chris is prob. the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very friendly to myself and gf. Basically his customer service sold me the car. The payment was a little higher than what I expected but I couldnt pass up the car. There are a few issues that I have with the vehicle and after talking to Chris he said he would take care of them. Hopefully they do or i will be writing a not so good review.

We spent two frustrating days dealing with the stereotypical hard-sell, game playing that card dealers are known for, at Lighthouse Toyota in St.Augustine. After looking online, I saw that Coggin had the car my son was looking for. My husband called and spoke to Katherine and told her exactly what we wanted and what our bottom line price was. After two calls from Lee and Eric about our trade in, and to confirm a price, a deal was made over the phone. No pressure to up-sell or add accessories we weren't interested in. It just doesn't get any easier than that! When we picked up the car the next day, we were greeted by Tony and Adam. Both were friendly, courteous and prefessional. Adam walked us through each step of the purchase and then we finialized the paperwork with Sheila. EVERYONE was AWESOME! They went above and beyond just doing their job to make us feel appreciated as customers, and welcomed us to call or come back in anytime if we had a problem. This is our second car purcase from this dealership. We would highly recommend Coggin Toyota, for a easy, stress fee car buying experience.

Sherry was extremely helpful and courteous. The small issues I had were out of her control (detailing of vehicle - Took 3 times to have it detailed before I could take home. And, special ordering of fiberglass bed cover took longer than quoted.) Overall good experience. This was the 2nd Toyota Tundra purchased from dealership.

I was purchasing a Toyota Camry for my mom who lives in Jacksonville from California where I reside. Eric Chart made it totally painless in all aspects & made it very easy for my mom to simply choose the color she wanted & drive away. She is 77 years old & it was very important for the entire process to appear transparent to her - which it did. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Eric Chart & Coggin Toyota.

Nick was a very friendly sales associate who allowed me to see the cars I wanted to see and explained to me all of my available options. He worked to get me the best possible deal he could offer, which was lower than any other dealership in town. He did not force me into any decisions and allowed me to choose the truck I wanted. I did not feel pressured or rushed, yet he also was available for immediate help when I needed it. Whenever he needed to go to the back to discuss pricing or other details of the sale, he was always back on the floor within five minutes with all of my questions answered. It was a better shopping experience than I have had at any other dealership.

The only disappointment and unsatified is with canceling the optional service contract. I have been told that If I cancel the optional service contract(I signed for this when I financed through toyota finance) then it does not reflects the difference in my monthly loan payment. That is really not acceptable. Otherwise all the other service are excellant.
