Scheduled a test drive with the actual model car I was looking for and he was ready for me when I arrived. Returned to the dealership and I told him the exact color/options I wanted and he said he would locate it for me. Did not try to push the one on the lot. I made a low but reasonable offer and it was accepted. No drama. Six days later my car was at the dealer, the color and options exaclty what I ordered. Paperwork was expeditious as well. This is my 15th new car in a lifetime so I can say with confidence that this was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. We are expecting our first child to arrive in a short 2 weeks. We needed to purchase a new vehicle for our growing family and were helped by new car sales manager Greg Alderman and Sales Consultant, Cornelius Jenkins. Both Coggin employees made us feel at home and helped make the process go buy as quick and seamless, as they could. The exact vehicle we were dreaming of was pulled up to the front for us to see while all the paper work and trade stuff was happening in the background. Once approved, we got to a payment that was doable for our family and we were ready to sign and drive away. We of course went over all the features and felt comfortable asking all possible questions. They detailed the car and had the plates transferred over, while we finished paperwork with Daniel Rawls (finance manager.) It felt like Daniel could do his job in his sleep he was so efficient. He went through everything and the next thing we know, our new vehicle is pulled up into a cute little show room. This was my husband and I's first big purchase together. We cannot wait to bring home our baby boy in one of the safest mid-sized SUV's around (2017 highlander).
