He pulled 4 different Toyota models up for us to test fit and did not pressure a purchase that day. We ended up ordering a Sienna in a color combination that was not on hand. Esmond kept in touch and checked with us a few times before the Sienna arrived at the dealership. He provided the buyers order with the final price before I went to the dealership. I went to the dealership to buy the van and Esmond let me inspect the vehicle and check it out in detail before he came back to answer questions and show me the various features on the van. He linked my phone to the audio system and then let my visit Dan the finance man. Dans numbers on the actual sales contract matched to buyers order to the penny. Dan did offer me several extended warranty plans and a few other car care items but he did not pressure me when I declined them. A pleasant experience and I will continue to recommend Esmond to friends More
