FALSE ADVERTISING!! STAY AWAY!! Worked out price, trade in and zero percent financing on Saturday 4-1. Car was scheduled to be delivered to dealership and picked up today...AND THEY Worked out price, trade in and zero percent financing on Saturday 4-1. Car was scheduled to be delivered to dealership and picked up today...AND THEY CHANGED THE DEAL!! We have perfect credit. Discussed with salesperson SEAN WILHELM that we would be buying new since there was ZERO PERCENT financing and he agreed it was a great rate (advertised currently on their website today 4-4-17)! Sales Manager GREG ALDERMAN finalized the agreed price for our car that was to be picked up today. So imagine our outrage when we were told today that although we have pristine credit we could have not have the ZERO percent advertised financing! Why, you ask, according to general manager JOHN CLARK they gave us a lower price so we cannot have the advertised ZER0 percent financing. WHAT?? Pure game playing, unethical management. STAY AWAY from this unethical dealership. What a waste of time!!!! More
