I had left my Yukon XL for warranty service. While my truck was in their possession, it was damaged. When I picked up my truck, I was not informed of the damage by the service writer. I had to take my vehicle back twice for the same problem. They charged me for the part and labor of the first part even though they replaced a part and it didn't fix the problem.
