They are there to help! I have had some issues with my car and they were courteous, professional. They gave me a loaner car and fixed problem quickly. I was to various GM service facilities and was never, NEVER treated with the respect that I received at Cole Valley. All work performed on my car has been top quality. It almost seemed I went in for one problem (which was corrected accurately) and mysteriously other problems that I noticed all of a sudden weren't there anymore. Now I would recommend service here not because of a break on pricing (all service is expensive) but because of the quality and treatment received at Cole. More
