My Review of College Park Hyundai:
I was harassed, lied to, yelled at, threatened and tormented by College Park Hyundai in College Park, MD. They told me that their children would go hungry if I did not buy a car from them. They call me all of the time telling me to come pick up my car (I did not buy one by the way but they keep telling me that they have my car) or they will be fired. They lie - I was looking at one car and they told me I took too long, it was sold. Not true. Still there, for sale, the next time I was there. They gave me a price and told me it was $5000 off but it wasn't - I researched it - it was ABOVE what these cars are selling for in MD. They are mean, ruthless people - AVOID this dealership and all of the people that work there. Do not call them - they will get your number and call you constantly. Do not give them your email, they will fill your inbox with meaningless offers. All they want is to get you in the door and then it is like HOTEL California and they will never let you leave - they will keep making up lies to keep you there - I finally go out of there without buying a car but they continue to harass me - they tell me that they have "my" car and they are going to send me the tag and title in my name and send their legal dept. after me to collect payment. I didn't sign a contract or take delievery of any car or even show them proof of insurance (the law in MD is that they cannot sell me a car without proof of insurance) but they say none of that matters because I was going to pay cash (another lie). These are evil people. They should be investigated. They should be closed down. Stay away from College Park Hyundai. Please. You will be harrassed and ripped off and you will never get service, eve.

My Review of College Park Hyundai:
Our experience in purchasing from this dealership was a nightmare. They were slick salesmen who made misrepresentations just to make us transact with them. The high pressure tactics they employed bordered on intimidation with our being told that if other dealers saw that they had pulled out our credit score and not transacted with us it would go against us!When we wrote to the General Manager (a 3 page letter) detailing the anger and annoyance we felt in being lied to he proved to be no better. In fact I think he would head them all. He had not read our letter even when we contacted him two weeks later. We later had to keep calling to speak with him. We were lied to about financing and possible insurance premiums on the car. We plan to write to Hyundai Corp. hoping for a remedy. Apparently they tell you that you deal with the dealer at your peril. They would only look at the lemon law issues and the warranty! Failing that we intend to have our entire complaint posted on the web.
