I was totally impressed with the guys and gals at Colonial Jeep in Hudson. I wanted to get a fair price on a new Wrangler Unlimited from someone who knew and understood Jeeps and all that they bring. Excellent experience purchasing my new jeep grand cherokee. Great group of guys that are really passionate about what they do. There was absolutely no pressure to upgrade or purchase anything additional to what I asked for. Both Gary and Chris were a joy to chat with and took the extra time to review with me exactly what I was buying. Even financing was the smoothest process I've seen in a long time, again, no pressure to buy extra packages etc. I highly recommend Colonial for anyone looking to buy a new chrysler, jeep or dodge!

On April 26th 2013 my wife and 20-month old son were in a car accident. We began our search for a new car with the caveat that my wife could not drive a small car any longer, as she simply did not feel safe.

We shopped, first online, designating a few vehicles and dealerships that we wanted to look at and arrived at Colonial Dodge to view three different vehicles. The first was the Grand Caravan, the second the Journey and the last the Jeep Patriot. Tony was professional in his greeting and manner, courteous and compassionate to our needs and responsive and accommodating to our requests.

I have purchased a few new cars over the years and can say, unequivocally, that this was the best and easiest experience. Tony worked with us on the sticker price, sought out the best potential price and discounts that he could and helped us move through the car buying process swiftly, professionally and, most importantly, honestly.

The experience from the financial department was also smooth and professional with no pressure in our decisions. Simply put, this was the best car buying experience of my life and when our second car is ready for replacement; the level of service and positive experience that I had at Colonial Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge will bring me back to them to look at these automobiles first.

Tony, and the rest of the Colonial Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge team are an incredible asset to the Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep brands and have made a convert of long standing Honda and Kia owners. Their service was impeccable and has made my wife and I consider Dodge brands above other vehicles as a result. We look forward to utilizing their service department in the years to come and if the experience is half as good as we received as potential customers we will be sticking with them for many years to come.

My Husband and I decided to just go look at some cars to get an idea of what was out there. Eddie came out , introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle. We really wanted something used and a price that would fit our budget. He showed us a few things, some we liked some we didn't. I really wanted something comparable to my last car which was a Caravan. But then he showed us the Chrysler 200 and we fell in love with it. Eddie is a great salesman, wonderful sense of humor. I saw the vehicle online and called the dealership. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. I was connected to salesman Jerell DiFulvio. From the start he was extremely helpful and did everything he could to inform me about my options. Jerell was willing to stay late as i had an hour drive to the dealership. Upon arrival he was very professional,polite and did a great job helping us with our deal. The manager Michael Ballos was awesome and helped me with some glitches on my decision. I spent 10yrs in the automotive sales buisness. As for the F&I office,its never been such an easy and relaxing experiance. Ray Jimenez the buisness manager was extremely informative,and a pleasure to do buisness with. My overall opinion is that its one of the finest automotive dealerships in ma.
