He was very knowledgeable, patient, and set me up with the perfect car. It is the experience since that rainy day, though, that has proved him an exceptional car salesman. For almost a month and a half after the purchase, he kindly and generously made himself available for any questions I had about the status of the title, questions about the car, and other helpful information. I do not know what I would have done without him! He was so reliable, nice, and well-informed. I wish I had been able to write sooner, but as a full-time elementary school teacher and full-time graduate student, I have been short on time. I could not wait, though, until the Thanksgiving break to have the chance to finally write you.
