You want to be sure that the person selling you a car is doing there VERY best to make you happy. I bought a used car from Columbia Honda on 4/17/2015. Mark Sanders is not just a wonderful individual, but one of the best salesman in Missouri. I didn't just say in Columbia. Mark Sanders made sure that he would try to find the best car for my needs and he did just that. I ended up being in a car wreck just a week later. Mark never stopped reaching out to me to make sure I was happy. Once he found out about the car wreck, he still did he very best to keep me in the loop of new things on the lot that I might be interested in. He did it again. Just yesterday I was able to purchase another car from Columbia Honda. Thank you Mark for being so persistent and so helpful. Huge thanks also to Brad Cherry. Best in the business. :) More

Great experience at Columbia Honda in Missouri. Our recent experience buying a new CRV was the best yet thanks to Jim Robertson. You would have thought we were royalty by the way we were treated. Our recent experience buying a new CRV was the best yet thanks to Jim Robertson. You would have thought we were royalty by the way we were treated. But it didn't stop at the sales department. Columbia Honda has a jewel of a service department and in particular in T.J. Mitchell. Most service department employees would have rolled their eyes at all we were asking - not T.J. He helped us immeasurably and graciously with the numerous add-ons we wanted installed. He made it fun. T.J. is a great asset to Columbia Honda. Two thumbs up to all the folks at Columbia Honda.
