I read some of the other longer reviews, and thought I should elaborate on my earlier review. The “technical” work they performed for me was quite expensive, and, it was the SAME problem that had been rep should elaborate on my earlier review. No one guaranties anything for 10 years, but I wanted to have the conversation. Josh’s response was professional, pleasant and informative (2 yr gty) Also, over the last 20+ years I’ve had really good dealings with the Parts Department!
