"Excellent service from AMADO in the PARTS DEPARTMENT"

I recently bought a 2016 Juke from Commonwealth. They are not close to my home or work but I have purchased from them before and love their customer service. I need a roof rack, which isn't available OEM for the Juke. I went to two other Nissan dealerships closer to my house/work, and they said it wasn't available from Nissan so there wasn't anything they could do. I called Commonwealth Nissan, and spoke to Amado in the parts department. He took down my number, then spent quite a bit of time researching roof racks for the Juke on the internet. He stayed past his regular clock-out time, but eventually found one and called me back with the details. Now THAT'S customer service!

"Very crude people at the service center"

Oh my god! Horrible experience dealing with Commonwealth Nissan Service Dept. I didn't know that it was possible for a customer to be treated this way, the way they talked to me. These people are very crude and don't care what your situation is. Took my car to them for a TCU upgrade (I own a Leaf), I was referred to them by Nissan. When I arrived there, a rep named Kenneth was taking my infos, the service manager appeared from nowhere and told Kenneth about my case and how he had no interest in taking it. He said this right in front of me, I am not making this up. I asked Kenneth how long it would take for the technician to look at my situation, he said he does not know but he would let me know in 30 mins, which is fair. I waited 40 mins and he did not bother to walk 7 feet to the waiting room and tell me what was going on. I had to go to work so I was in a hurry, all I wanted to know whether they had to keep my car with them and if that was the case, I would come back and pick it up. In 2 hrs, I asked the guy 3 times for an update so that I can make a decision, every time he said he would update me, he didn't. Kenneth got frustrated and rudely told me that I was asking him the same question every five minutes. I politely asked Kenneth to calm down because that was not what I was doing and there has been a misunderstanding since I am not asking whether the car was ready or not, the service manager was standing far away, he came back and told me to stop and that I should go take a seat in a moderately loud voice. I didn't know that it was possible for a customer to be treated this way.

"oil change"

today i went to the commonwealth nissan with my toyota for a oil change,i have never gone there before but i thought i would give them some some work.I walked in and asked if they could change the oil in my toyota fj rick said sure we can.so he wrote up repair order for the oil change,and asked me if i have ever bought a vehicle from there dealership and i said no,the posted sign had a compassion of other places and whatthey charge for aoil change.after the repair order was printed rick wrot on the repai order $ 38.88 for the service,i asked what was the $ 28.88 oil change he said it is $ 10.00 more if you didnt buy the car from there dealership.I think this is very tacky and i feel like i was being punished for not buying a car from them,well they got me this time,it would never happen again because i wont be back any time soon,and i will let everyone i know about this place

This is why I am writing a review for Commonwealth, Every time I come to Commonwealth Nissan in Lawrence, no matter what it's for, THE WHOLE ENTIRE TEAM treats you like family!!! I recently visited a different Nissan dealership that just opened up closer to where I live for a simple oil change and it was the opposite there. Every employee there was either too busy, not friendly, or even worse, tried selling me on 50 different things that I didn't need or want like a JiffyLube would do and then over charged me at the time of checkout!!! At Commonwealth of Nissan I can HONESTLY SAY that EVERY EXPERIENCE has been WONDERFUL!!! When I first bought my vehicle, there at Commonwealth, every single employee came over to shake my hand, welcome me to Team Nissan, congratulated me on my first vehicle purchase and made me feel awesome. Today, I visited Commonwealth of Nissan for an oil change and a recall, and was greeted immediately by the whole staff. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention I brought my dog and the employees even made him feel like part of the family too!!! Asking if he needed any water, if they could watch him while I had to cash out, saying hi you name it. PEOPLE, COMMONWEALTH OF NISSAN IS GREAT,***** FIVE STARS ***** ALL DAY I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! =^) #TeamNissan

We were pleased with the service we received when we bought our Nissan Frontier in 2013. The sales staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The dealership is clean and beautiful. We were so impressed that we travel from Hooksett, NH to Lawrence, MA for service, all of which have been routine schedule service. We are equally impressed with the service staff.
