My Review Of Commonwealth Volkswagen:
I brought my car in for a tire replacement. I called ahead to make an appt and when I dropped my car off, I was informed that the tire was not ordered yet and I had to leave my car over the weekend. They said my car would be done on Monday.
By 4pm on Monday, no one from service called me, so I had to call and inquire about the status of my vehicle. The representative told me my car was completed and I could pick it up whenever. I did not have time to pick-up my car on Mondy evening.
On Tuesday morning, they called me and aksed for the Fleet telephone # to have the bill paid (since this is a fleet vehicle). I was driving at the time, so I told them I would call back with the telephone#. Ten min later, service called me back and said they found the telephone# and that my vehicle was all take care of and I could pick-up the car whenever.
I did not have a chance to go pick-up the car until Friday. When I got there on Friday, I was told I had to pay the bill. I told the cashier that the service consultant (Sam Gilani) called me on Tuesday and told me Fleet paid for everything already. I requested to speak to the service consultant (Sam Gilani), but he was not working that day. The Parts Manager (Brian Luke) overheard my conversation with the cashier and came out and confronted me. He had the audacity to say that are all you people in the pharmaceutical field always so angry and uptight? Instead of apologizing and saying that he would look into the matter for me when Sam Gilani returns, he said we all make mistakes so I should not be so angry and uptight.
I just cannot believe how rude and unprofessional he (Brian Luke) was. Obviously the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Everyone is giving you different information and they don't know what theya re talking about.
I will let Fleet (Wheels) know that Commonwealth Volkswagen service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!
