This was my first experience at Concordville Nissan. I had been doing business at another dealership for approximately 15 years. While not dissatisfied at the previous dealership I did not feel that I got a good deal last time. In addition they have had a significant turnover in personnel including the G.M. Therefore, I decided to compare my deal this time. From the first contact with Shane and Chuck I felt very comfortable They were very accommodating and my first impressions were great. We closed our deal 11/16/13 when I leased a 2013 Murano. I would definitely recommend Concordville to anyone I know interested in a Nissan or Suburu vehicle. More

This is the 3rd Maxima I have driven home from Concordville Nissan (the first one I bought, the next 2 I leased). I've been a customer of theirs for 10 years and I love these guys (and girls!). The environment is light and airy, in a sense, because the sales team knows how to do their job but without that "attack" approach the minute someone walks in the door. People appreciate that. It's one of the reasons why I recommend them to friends. I know they won't embarrass me and my friends won't feel pressured. The service waiting area is sooooooo comfy that you don't mind waiting for an oil change and I'm always a little disappointed that it didn't take more than a half hour because the lounge chairs are so cushy. hahaha! True story, folks. Fred and his team make the customer feel appreciated and welcome. You're not just another sale at Concordville. You MATTER. Before I left with this newest Maxima, Fred gave me a hug and said "Thank You." But really, I should be saying that to THEM! So I will do it now... THANK YOU CONCORDVILLE NISSAN! More

The entire process - from test driving to negotiating and discussing price, everything went smoothly. I didn't feel "talked into" anything. Geoff even made sure to follow up with me the next day via email to let me know that my car was ready to pick up. They got everything prepared for me very fast, and I really appreciate that. Of all the dealerships we visited, Ryan and Tom were the most pleasant, receptive, professional, knowledgeable and non-condescending people we met. BTW, we used to buy our cars from Ryan's grandfather many years ago. Ryan made an impressive effort to find the exact model we asked for. They answered all our questions promptly, whether it was via a phone call or email. One of them (or both) always had time for us. We are very happy with our Quest and Tom, in particular, made sure we were well acquainted with all its features before we drove it off the lot. Thank you very much for a very stress-free experience!
