On August 26, 2026 I walk into Concord Ville Nissan to get guidance on to best address a concern with a 2024 lease. As I entered the dealership with very low expectations of a positive outcome. I was greeted by two gentlemen standing near the entrance. I briefly explain why I was there. David Morgan quickly answered: I can help you! He intensely listened to my concerns, I explained I was very hesitant to be there due to a previous experience. David not only addressed my concerns he provided the guidance and the support I needed to make an inform decision; while remaining professional. My interaction with David that day was positive, we also had discussions the possibility about establishing a new lease (my decision) he answered my questions; I felt he was knowledgeable about the cars in the lot. I was not pressured to buy or lease a car that day. The next day, on August 27th I returned to the Concord Ville Nissan to test drive a 2026 Nissan Rouge. I was greeted by David Morgan. I ended up that day driving away with a 2026 Rogue Platinum. David Morgan, thank you very much for all of the support you provided. You went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way, and for that I am grateful. I received personalized assistance from David Morgan, that far exceeded my expectations.
