I provided a rating of “Great” in each of the categories because my experience with Conicelli Hyundai, and with salesman Laine Alan in particular, was fantastic. From the second I walked in the door until I drove away in a brand new Santa Fe, I was impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly the fact that Laine (and the rest of the team) listened to me.
