My Review of Connell Nissan:
Douglas Nissan of Orange have a TV add were their telling their customer that they don't need to have good credit and when you are over there the are so mean and no consideration and the have a bell in the main room and the have actors saying the finance a car then the bell goes on and is a huge bell, and then if your credit is not good they want you to bring 4 people to help you finance a used car for over 30.000 thousand dollars, the service is bad so bad I will not recomend this dealer to anyone

My Review of Connell Nissan:
I love my Xterra but would not recommend buying from this dealer. I had many problems that I tried to resolve but they were unwilling to work with me. I was treated very rudely by the "manager on duty" who turned out to be an assistant manager and the only calls I have gotten from the manager are pre-recorded "happy birthday" "thank you for your business", etc. My calls are not returned. I filed a complaint with Nissan but that went unanswered as well. If this is how they treat customers buying a car I can only imagine how you are treated when you go for service. I will NEVER return to that dealership and make sure anyone who asks hears about my terrible experience.

My Review of Connell Nissan:
I am very please with my experience at Connell Nissan. The staff was courteous and helpful, I got exactly the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. The entire process, from test drive to walking out of the door with the keys in my hand only took about 2 hours (that included the time it took to detail my new Altima SE-R completely.) I would refer all of my friends and family to Connell Nissan-- truly a a great experience!<br>

My Review of Connell Nissan:
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that is a first-time buyer or has little credit. I was told I had been approved by their bank and that it was getting close to closing time, so I was asked to come back the next morning to finish up the paperwork. When I got there after missing my college class I was then told, &quot;Sorry, we can't do anything for you the bank declined the offer&quot;. I asked why was I not told this yesterday and they just put their heads down. This manager by the name Maziu (might be mispelled) is a racist I was later told by other employees at this dealership. He is from the Middle East somewhere and shouldn't be a racist. I am hispanic and I was told by another sales person he did not like hispanics the next day. Therefore I will never do business with Connell Nissan. I am now the proud owner of a Nissan Sentra, I got at another Nissan dealer the next day. They had no trouble extending credit to me. AND WHEN THEY SAY HABLAMOS ESPA&#209;OL, THAT'S NOT EVEN TRUE, THESE PEOPLE BARELY KNOW HOW TO SPELL THEIR NAME, I HAD TO FILL-OUT MY OWN CREDIT APPLICATION, SINCE THESE PEOPLE WHERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH EVERY FIELD THAT HAD TO BE FILLED OUT, so please do not visit this Nissan dealer, don't waste your time students or first time buyers...
