My Review of Continental Honda:
Usually I hate the car purchase activity. Ahmet and Erik made the process quite pleasant. Ahmet knows everything about the car we thaqt interested us and after the price agreement was made, he took us through every system and option available on the car. He was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Erik, the sales manager, was direct, effecient and knowledgeable. Because of his experience we were able to come to an agreement on price that was the most painless that we have ever experienced.
We will recommend Continental Honda without reservation.
Additionally, the few times I went to Continental Honda with minor concerns, I was treated with respect and courtesy.
My husband and I are very happy with Continental Honda and would make another purchase in the future.

My Review of Continental Honda:
I went to Continental Honda because they gave me the best price amongst all Honda dealerships in the Chicago area. Ahmet Sezer made sure that we got the best possible price and was very patient in explaining all the details about the purchase. Milan in the finance department worked with us to resolve some issues with financing and helped us get the best possible APR. We were really impressed by how friendly and helpful both of them were during the entire process. It was by far the best experience that I've had at a dealership. If I have to buy another car, this is the first place that I will go.

Great Place to buy your car!The staff was very friendly and professional it was pleasure shopping there!The dealer (Ahmet Sezer) was great ,he was the reason i bought my car there ! If you are looking for a friendly place to shop with a great customer service u should definitely go there and ask for Ahmet! I am definitely going back there !

Continenal Honda is a superb dealership and one that me and my family have made multiple purchases from. Sales Ahmet Sezer was EXCELLENT. He was extremely prompt in his follow-up, polite and a great pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. We just brought a 2012 Honda Civic from Ahmet today 3/23/2012.

My Review of Continental Honda:
Knew the car I wanted, knew what a fair price was and wanted a dealership to provide me with an offer without having to negotiate. It took me 4 months to find such a dealership to work with me in this manner without over selling me. Ahmet provided me with the information I needed, a great price and I purchased the car. I would recommend him to others and plan on returning to the same dealership for regular maintenance on my car.

Brian was very friendly and informative about the services recommended, cost, length of time involved, as well as Honda requirements. Brian Donalan went above and beyond with accomadating me and my family. The waiting area was clean, I read magazines, had coffee and an apple! The petite cashier was very nice. Very good experience.

I was pleased with the salesman, Ahmet. His previous mechanical experience was most helpful during this transaction. He has gone above and beyond to assist with my questions even after I picked up the car.

The service department is the reason I am a repeat customer. Outstanding employees are Stacy at the service desk and Larry who keeps my car looking like new.

My Review of Continental Honda:
Within the last 9 yrs, I have purchased 5+ vehicles from this location with every visit/purchase being stellar.

On my last visit, I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle, since the one I had was just 2 1/2 year old. They made me an offer that I couldn't refuse.

Working with Ahmet and Mike, they were able to get me in a brand new Crosstour at the right price and for the term length I wanted.

Overall experinece has been great and I will be working with them in the near future; I plan on stepping up to the Pilot next time around.

My Review of Continental Honda:
We had very friendly and cooperative working relations with the sales staff (Ahmet Se zer) and another one from the service dept. who had worked with us for overd 15 years & had recommended the sales representative who finally did work out the final price. Since the color was not available then, the sales personnel found the color, got the car, got it ready and then we worked with the Business dept. official, Mike Manns, and worked out the final contractual arrangements, documents and eventually delivery of the car.
We are indeed very happy with our experience at the Continental Honda/Countryside dealership. We shall indeed recommend this dealership and persons involved to our friends/family.
