I brought my car in for service related to a check engine light. After diagnosing the issue, I asked whether the car was safe to drive for the week while waiting on parts. I was told it would take about a week for the parts to arrive and that the car would be okay to drive for that period, with the caveat that it shouldn’t be driven much longer than a week or two. After roughly two weeks with no updates, I contacted the service department for a status check. At that point, I was informed that the parts would actually take approximately 4–5 months to arrive. This was a significant change from what I had originally been told. When I raised concerns about the conflicting information, I was told they would try to work out a solution and that I would receive an email once the manager made a decision. After another two weeks with no response, I went to the location in person in an attempt to resolve the issue reasonably. I was told the Service Manager, Kaitlin Herndon, would be available the following day. When I returned, I was informed that she would not see me and that a full refund would not be issued. To date, my full refund has still not been processed. This experience reflects poor communication, unfulfilled commitments, and a lack of accountability when problems arise. While I remain open to a fair resolution, it does not appear that the business is. As a result, I will not be returning or recommending this shop to others. More
This dealership is upfront and honest. They don’t do crazy Markups for fake fees. They are none Commission. If your looking to buy ask for joe. The only downside is they are pretty much a no haggle shop. Sell for the price listed. All dealers have decent margins so their is room. The manager steve doesn’t do any employee discounts so if you are a former Mazda employee do bother bringing your code they will say no. Most dealerships accept those. More
