My wife took her Honda to Cold springs to have a oil change and a tire rotation okay they came up with many red flags saying that it was imminent and it had to be done right then which we all know that' change and a tire rotation okay they came up with many red flags saying that it was imminent and it had to be done right then which we all know that's just to get us a sale but the service employee Sierrah was disgruntled towards my wife because I declined the services and only wanted what I asked for she also told my wife that she would not be doing a rotation because I needed a alignment as long as the tires were fair which they were heavily treaded this should not have been a problem so I asked my wife to allow me to speak with her I told her whatever my wife asked for that's all I want you to do she gave me a sort of a attitude about it very aggressive My wife also told me that when she saw that I declined everything she was very hurry up and deal with her and get her alone and told her he'll go ahead and pay for this so when the car comes back you can just leave no thank yous for coming known anything I also did not receive a text or a email about my review because she knew I was going to be placing this review and it wasn't going to be a good one I would highly recommend Cold springs do better with this employee or my business won't be there anymore More
