My 2024 Nissan Sentra and because my battery seemed like it wasn’t working right it was having problems starting my car so I made a 1230 appointment to come in. When I got there was my service advisor. I to it wasn’t working right it was having problems starting my car so I made a 1230 appointment to come in. When I got there was my service advisor. I told him the car is not starting. It appears to be the battery the battery replaced only five months ago and then I also told him in the last couple days the screen it shows when you’re backing up has not been working right he told me it cost me $125 to diagnose that I don’t need that because I know it’s something simple. They said it could be a few. Could you check the fuse he told me no he cannot check the fuse at first thought he was kidding me he says it’s not the fuse. He changes remarked. He doesn’t think it’s the fuse. I said are you kidding me? It’s simply takes one second maybe five seconds to pull a fuse out and just see if the fuse is OK can’t do that. We have to diagnose and $125 I said this crazy you can’t pull a fuse out and tell me it’s OK no OK so I went to go talk to the service manager. I figured this is crazy walking into his office. His name is Rafael. I have my phone in my hand and I introduce myself and I say I got a problem with my battery. I just asked him if he could check the fuse in my car because then he rudely jumps in and says I don’t care what what it says on the Internet we don’t go by that you’re very rude manner. He didn’t even know what I was gonna ask this as well. It says it could be a fuse and I ask him. Could he just check a few we can’t just be checking people can’t come here. Just ask us to check a few. I said I’m here for service with my battery. I don’t know if you could be causing it. let me call somebody. It was a bad fuse. Other things would be wrong. Also, you can’t check a fuse for me. Pull it out one second look at it no now I can understand why some of the service represents are incompetent if they have a rude boss like him he was nasty unfriendly and like I never experienced something like that so I’m in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours waiting to replace my battery thank God there was a young lady in there who works for Nissan who actually knows how to take talk to customers. I told him what was going on that I could not believe that Nissan refuses to check my fuse so she did say if she can go talk to someone, but I’m thinking I really talk to the service manager who is in charge of these people and i’m totally discussed it with the operation then I read that if you’re having battery problems that would cause it sure enough soon as they fix the battery. The problem was solved. They would’ve made me pay $125, not only were they gonna overcharge me for that for something that didn’t need to be charged for to refuse to pull out a fuse for a customer and tell me it’s OK. I hope people are reading this. I will never go back to this place how they get away with it is disgusting More

I have been a customer of Coral Springs Nissan Service for about 7-8 yrs now & my go-to Service Advisor every single time is Mr. Rudulph Leconte because he knows customer service! Just recently brought in for about 7-8 yrs now & my go-to Service Advisor every single time is Mr. Rudulph Leconte because he knows customer service! Just recently brought in my '22 Nissan Pathfinder on 6/28/25 for service on the brakes with an issue I had. Rudy gave me an overview of what to expect with the repair, an estimate of how much everything would cost, & a date of when I could expect the repair to be done since a part had to be ordered. Well, not only did I get my vehicle back a day earlier than anticipated on 7/1/25, but Rudy also called me with regular updates as the progression of the repair was taking place... Now to me personally, that's what I call A-1 service! And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Rudy said since I've been a long time customer of his, he offered me a 10% discount off of the final price & even located some points on an old account that I had with the dealership which also helped take some more off of the final price. When it's all said & done, my Pathfinder drives great now without any braking issues & I'll always recommend for anyone who goes to Coral Springs Nissan Service to see Service Advisor Rudy because he truly is the best at what he does! -D.
