My Review of Coral Springs Nissan:
I went into the dealership to purchase a new nissan murano. It was the worst experience I had ever had in my whole life and I have dealt with alot of dealerships in my life. This wasn't my first car purchase. They took my trade and kept me there for 5 hours and I walked out an unhappy customer. The sales people were rude along with the finance person who thought I was such the idiot. He tried to sell me everything under the sun for a brand new Murano. I tried to explain to him that I didn't want all what he was trying to sell, but he still insisted and very much pressured me into thinking that I needed it. So needless to say I went home with my trade in and went to another Nissan dealership and got excellent service.

Dishonest, shady, slimy are only the beginning on how to describe this dealership..

They lied about their stock and prices just to get you in there. Then they try to rip you off by charging you over MSRP, hoping that you are some kind of idiot and take them at their word.

Extremely high pressure sales, and the usual "This offer is only good if you buy the car right now"

Drove 45 minutes to negotiate a deal on a specific model that was already sold the night before. They lied and told me it was still there just to get me in there.

Never had such a horrible buying experience before in my life!!
I will tell everyone i know to avoid them like the plague..

My Review of Coral Springs Nissan:
No follow through extremely high pressure sales. When they take your car to value its trade, they keep the keys and try to "work the deal". There were problems with the automobile and work needed to be done. It took four attempts to correct minor problems on the vehicle. Everyone always had a reason why the issues were not resolved. I will never do business with them again or any othe dealerships located at the Coral Springs Auto Mall.
