Selling a vehicle without a clear tittle, almost 5 months later and still no solution. @ Arnel Howel- Owner @ Nathan Mirza - General sales manager Bought a commercial van on 11-22-2021. I called my sales man a month in advance to tell him I would be flying in from Hawaii to pick up the van. I provided all the necessary information to start and process all paperwork. I picked it up on 11-22-2021, I was given a temporary plate to drive to california shipping dock and ship it to Hawaii. I was instructed the tittle would be mail to Hawaii DMV with in a week. After 3 weeks I checked with my local DMV and no tittle was found in house. After spending hours trying to find out what happen and contacting the dealer I found out they had mailed a tittle with a "repossessed notice" . Hawaii DMV can not process a tittle that shows repossess and it was mailed back to the dealer, it was received on January 18, 2022 per the tracking number by the dealer. By this time I had spoken with the tittle department and management with out clear answer as to when I would be getting a clear tittle to be able to register my vehicle. I called again to speak with the general sales manager, someone answer and stated "yeah thats me" he Identified him self as Nathan Mirza. I explain again the situation and he pretty much said, "what do you want to get out of this?" I reply I want to get a tittle so I can register my vehicle and start using it, as a business, I am loosing money by having a vehicle just parked, and if not, I need to get reimbursed for paying for a vehicle I can not used. Nathan Mirza stated, " tomorrow Thursday we go to DMV and I will personally walk in the tittle and find out whats going on and call you back. by 5pm. Weeks have passed as of 3-24-2022 and he never called back. I have call and left messages and no reply, Last week 3-12-2022 I spoke again with someone from tittle saying they will personally walk to him and have him call me back, you guessed right, no call yet! I provided and disclose all of the correct information for this to be a smooth transaction and as a dealer and management you have failed. Am paying for a vehicle I can not used because it is a commercial vehicle and this is costing me on payment, insurance, and loss business. To Mr Arnel Hoel,(Owner) if this is the person you have trust to run and lead your team by example, the person who is asking the team to be accountable and represent your dealership with integrity, you might want to question his actions and not his words. To Mr Nathan Mirza, with the title general sales manager, you take on certain responsibilities that come with the tittle, some of those is to lead by example, to do what you said you are going to do. It would have taken you seconds to call me back and address the problems the people you lead and the dealer you run have created. For me it has been 4 months of loss business. Next step BBB and more hours to deal with this. I had to add to this, as of 4-5-22, I just found out they never sent the taxes they collected as a reciprocal state, and still can not process registration. Pathetic! More
This was my experience. 2 times in a row, I left my car with them all day just to get a call at 4pm telling me that they weren’t going to get to it today. I was told that my warranty was out of date when in fact I bought the extended warranty through this dealership. I had to prove that I did my own service even though systems like OnStar track when service is done. The technician assumed that my oil was low and put 2 quarts in without even checking and stated that my engine oil pressure light was on. This was completely false. My CEL was on for an oil pressure solenoid failure, but there was plenty of oil in it because I checked it when I first got the CEL. I later proved that I had sufficient oil when I had them pull the car back around and it was overfilled by at least 1.5 qts. Through this whole process, all service writers from the bottom to the top, questioned my abilities as a car owner even though I offered to show them my 10 years experience as a mechanic. Once proven that their technician screwed up, I asked to have the wording corrected in the service ticket so blame was not put on me. This never happened and when I picked up my car, I was told that the ticket was closed and they could no longer change the wording. I insisted that some additional wording be made which they did. All in all, this dealership painted me in a bad light with respect to the warranty company and did not want to perform any warranty work. Luckily with this digital age, I was able to track down all the necessary receipts. More
I know Covid is bad but I had a xxxx of a time trying to reach the dealership, trying to pay the bill, trying to pick up my truck. It felt like my time was unimportant. And I live over an hour away. I had to borrow someone else’s vehicle putting them out to boot because my warranty only covered a rental if my labor was over 8 hours. Now that I have my truck back I am noticing some issues the some sensors. I think the dealership screwed them up. Now I have to take it back! More

Harold is a man of integrity and in the past has helped us improve our credit by working with us on each purchase we made. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, Harold is your man. He is professional, friendly, proficient and very honest. He will follow through with any issues and he keeps his word. You will not be disappointed.
