Failed to fix a/c issue the first time and charged me over $500. Fixed it the second time with my warranty (failed to use warranty the first time.) During this, they broke something else. Now, a/c doesn’ over $500. Fixed it the second time with my warranty (failed to use warranty the first time.) During this, they broke something else. Now, a/c doesn’t blow at all in the front of my Durango. No loaners available and I am unable to leave my vehicle without any transportation. They require keeping my vehicle for several hours to run diagnostics. They sent me a text stating it’s going to cost at least $220 for diagnostics on something their service person broke. We shouldn’t have to pay for anything that isn’t caused by us. More
