Jeff Rick was amazing to deal with. I special ordered my 2026 F350 Tremor and when it came he picked me up at the aiport and got me driving off the dealership in about 1.5 hrs. We have repeatedly been unable to use the warranties that we purchased and had several mechanical issues with the vehicle we purchased from the dealership. Recently, when we had our vehicle serviced for regu we purchased and had several mechanical issues with the vehicle we purchased from the dealership. Recently, when we had our vehicle serviced for regular maintenance and a suspected issue. We drove away only to have our tire pressure and check engine light appear less than a few miles from the dealership. When we contacted the service department, we were told that we would have to schedule a new appointment before we could bring it back. It seems as if the service department was not willing to take accountability for not reporting the issues with our vehicle when they performed a diagnostic check or verified the tire pressure when providing a general inspection. Our paperwork indicates they did, but the tire pressure light says otherwise. More
