Sad another bad experience- needed fuel door repaired, was quoted $423.26 to replace the fuel door assembly, all that was needed was to replace the plunger. I thought when you purchased a car from a dealership that the dealership would bend over backward for you, especially when you pay cash and pay the sticker price. I drove from Oregon to purchased a car first thing Tuesday morning (9:30). I didn't make it out of the dealership till after 2:30. Excuse was "understaffed". I was starving. I was told that my car had to be inspected and detailed before I could take delivery. "Shouldn't take more than a day". It's day three. No calls from the dealership. I called and was told it's still being inspected. WHAT THE xxxx? I was hoping for a positive experience. I was hoping for a dealership I could be proud of, one that contacted me if there were to be delays. The finance manager told me that this vehicle was in such immaculate condition that it should be done within a day. The salesman was courteous but forgot to give me a business card. When I called today, nobody was available to answer the phone. I discovered that my salesman was off today. When I spoke to the sales manager today, he couldn't give me an estimated completion date. He just gave me another excuse. "Were backed up". I didn't hear that one on Tuesday. WHAT THE xxxx? If you want to sell cars, answer the xxxx phone. BTW, your "filtered water" tastes salty. Just what I didn't need when I'm starving. I nearly walked out because I waited so long just to sign papers. If you want a good review, don't make folks wait. Give transparent, concrete answers. I was hoping for a dealership I could look forward to dealing with the next time I needed a vehicle. I hope there's a dealership willing to go out of their way for the customer. More
