Everyone at Corwin Ford did a fantastic job. They showed me all of the vehicles and all of the options that I asked for and I’m completely happy with the vehicle that I have chosen. They got me in promptly and performed the installation of my battery promptly and competently. However, had to wait while my key and paperwork sat on the counter in front of the agent while he snarfed down h my battery promptly and competently. However, had to wait while my key and paperwork sat on the counter in front of the agent while he snarfed down his lunch. Waited 10 minutes unnecessarily to pay and get my car. He did give me a discount, but not because of the wait. Did not mention it to him. More
They are selling "Ford Gold Certified" Vehicles that have NOT been certified or inspected. Paid $75k for what was supposed to be a fully inspected and Gold Certified 2020 Ford F-350. Flew to Nampa to pick i NOT been certified or inspected. Paid $75k for what was supposed to be a fully inspected and Gold Certified 2020 Ford F-350. Flew to Nampa to pick it up and found out they had brought the truck in from Canada meaning no factory warranty. They supplied an aftermarket warranty of some kind. After leaving the dealership my Ford Pass connected to truck and started throwing numerous faults most of which would have made the Check Engine light come on, but it was not lit up. Got home took it to my mechanic and discovered the check engine light had been disabled in the computer and there we numerous problems with the truck. Front brakes were bad, TCU needed to be replaced, etc and spent the next 3 months correcting the problems Nampa Ford would have caught had they actually inspected the truck. Your Salesman will vanish after the sale, the Sales Manager will not return calls or emails and eventually, I had to track down the GM to get the problems corrected and reimbursed for thousands of dollars of repairs. As Icing on the cake, Ford Corporate did nothing to help me. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM NAMPA FORD WITHOUT A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION! More
Terrible buying experience through this dealership. They don't give a xxxx unless they have your money in their pocket prior to looking at a vehicle. I live in Utah and bought this car from the dealership in Idaho. They handled the whole transaction extremely well. My wife and I drove up traded in our old car and drove that one home. The absolute worst service dept. Since 2019 my family has purchased 3 new rigs from Corwin. There won’t be a 4th. On more than one occasion we’ve had to correct the service dept for un necessary charges. Tire for a 2019 mustang, they said it wasn't covered under road hazard, it was. Gouged the crap out of us on a sunroof repair on an F 350. Bought a truck for my Son, in sept, it breaks down. He and I both work. I call the service dept and ask them to call for recovery. They say we have to do it. When I asked why I have to do it? First reply was you will need the vin, it is in your computer we bought the truck from you! 2nd answer was because we cant? Both answers showed a complete lack of knowledge of your job. Get an answer. Why buy all the extra packages if I have to take time away from work to fix something under warranty or something a service dept can handle, its what you do, right? I know the over 150k I spent in there in past 3yrs isn't going to make a difference to your bottom line. I’ll buy a Yugo before I buy another vehicle from Corwin. My money is green and I work hard for it. There are other dealerships out there. More
