We purchased our 2017 Ford F350 truck in Feb 2024. We really like the truck and we got a good deal on it. However, it was Blue Star Certified and we were told it had a complete inspection prior to pur We really like the truck and we got a good deal on it. However, it was Blue Star Certified and we were told it had a complete inspection prior to purchasing. When we took it in for its 3 month oil change they had difficulty removing the oil plug. We took it to our local Ford dealership who discovered $8000 worth of transmission, oil issues, front end wobble and other issues. Now this was within the 90 days but we were over the mileage by 1000 miles. They refused to acknowledge anything or assist us in fixing the issue. They would not return phone calls. Extremely disappointed in this dealership and customer service. So much for Blue Star service. No way to treat anyone let alone senior citizens. Will never shop there again More
If I could give zero stars, I would. We were told that if we gave a 5 star review, we would get 3 free oil changes for our new truck. Never happened! We bought our 2022 Ford Maverick XL AWD on April 2022. First recall notice was later in '22. I made an appt to have recall work done. I showed up for my appt but they had no record of it. 1st Recall never got done. 2nd recall late 2023, no one ever answerd service dept phone. I showed up in person & spoke w/nice lady. Said I'm on list & someone will call me. I recived a call 7 weeks later saying Ill be called to set up a mobile service at my home for the 2 recalls. 6-7 weeks later still no call!!! Now I receiced a 3rd recall letter. Nearly 2 yrs goes by and I now have THREE open recalls and its scarey because they are safety issues. Corwin Ford, PLEASE put me on your callender. This is frustrating. This needs to get done like immediately. Since 2022 I've been brushed off. Why? My truck even got paid off nearly 5 yrs early (of 6). I should be a valued customer. Yesterday, I had a service recall and an oil change performed by the mobile van from Corwin Ford. It was excellent! Sean and Sterling were on time at 1 pm, very polite and were highly efficient. This is such a great way to get your car serviced - at your home! No problem with shuttles or wait times. I HIGHLY recommend this service and these technicians! More

The service advisor called for clarification, returned call and left message. Received a text regarding the requested service, replied to the text. Got another call, returned the call and left another mes call and left message. Received a text regarding the requested service, replied to the text. Got another call, returned the call and left another message. Shortly after received a text saying the car was ready and all they did was an oil change since we didn't rely or contact them. Replied to that text stating we didn't want the oil changed but the 90,000 mile service. They were kind enough to remove the oil change charge $75, and completed the 90,000 mile service at a cost of $580. I still am not sure if the completed any of the recalls for this vehicle. After reading the many ratings of this dealer's service center I will be contacting the Ford dealership in Carson City and see what they will do. More
Well if you want a dealership that doesn't stand behind the product it sells you have come to the right place. Won't take recall appointments at all! Paid for bumper to bumper warranty when bought car one year ago, needed to make appointment to have an axle seal replaced.
