As a former Toyota mechanic, he is very knowledgeable about the workings of the automobiles making it easy for me to explain any problems. Rork looks at my cars and explains to me what the issue may be, and makes sure the mechanics look into it. He also, makes recommendation on what should be evaluated/checked-out if it has not been done in the past such as an alignment. Rork is always thorough, patient, kind and conducts business with a smile. He's a great asset to Toyota! The last time I was in to service my 2009 Toyota, it was a very busy day with the Toyota recall on the Rav-4s. The mechanics were very backed up in the alignment section which is what was required for my car. They were great in keeping up with the back log, and got my car done in time for the scheduled pick up. Wow! They are amazing! I wish the customers could personally speak to them and let them know how appreciative we are of their expertise. Please let them know I am! I've had my Camrys serviced by Toyota since 1994, and have always had a great experience interacting with "all" staff. More

Every time I have been there, I have been greeted by a friendly staff member and not hassled. All the other people I encountered, while doing business there, were also friendly and helpful. I felt as though I was worked with very well, and always left happy. Every vehicle I have purchased has been exactly what I wanted/needed, and I got a more than fair price for them.
