We have been customers of Liberty Toyota, Colorado Springs, CO for 12 years. In 1998 we purchased our Camry from this dealership. It was a result of that relationship that brought us back to Liberty when we were searching for a new Toyota vehicle. Chris Hamm followed up promptly to our internet inquiry. He met us at the dealership when we were ready and addressed all our needs and questions in a very professional manner. We were very appreciative with how he adjusted to our schedule, arranged for driving the vehicles and added his experienced perspective to our shopping experience. Most importantly, he did not bombard us with excessive follow-up calls or internet communications during our decision making process. Overall an excellent experience. Everyone I dealt with was cordial, friendly, and helpful. Even when I changed my mind on the color of van I wanted everyone was very patient.
