Allen Cadillac had my car for about a month to try to find a water leak and fix the roof they dented! Allen's Cadillac just put a new headliner in and said if it leaks again to bring the car back! Your staff did a water leak test and found the leak within a few days and i had my car back within a week! I would just like to thank you and your staff for helping with my car!! From now on I will take my car to you dealer for all services! More

Oil change with a car wash I took my 2014 GMC Sierra to my local Jiffy Lube for my last oil change, had a terrible experience. This time I decided to try taking it to the dealer I took my 2014 GMC Sierra to my local Jiffy Lube for my last oil change, had a terrible experience. This time I decided to try taking it to the dealership. This dealership has recently been completely rebuilt. The service area is all brand new and very nice. I called to make an appointment, they had time to take me right away, Jim was extremely nice and took great care of me. They changed the oil, rotated and filled up the tires, washed the truck and had it back to me in an hour. Jim also informed me that my truck was still under the 2 year service contract that I didn't know I had, so the whole thing turned out to be free. Great experience, no reason to go anywhere else.
