Their waiting room is great with TV, newspapers and fresh fruit Coulter Infiniti in Mesa has always completed the work promptly and with fair prices. We have been taking our Infiniti there for several years and have bought two Infiniti's from Coulter Infiniti. I highly recommend them. More

I bought an Infiniti coupe almost 4 months ago. I am very pleased with it. The only thing that I was having problems with was the navigation. I called my salesman Craig who promptly told me to come in and he pleased with it. The only thing that I was having problems with was the navigation. This dealership went and has "Above and Beyond" in exceptional customer service and over-all servicing my car to get it to pass emissions! I recently bought my car at another dealersh Beyond" in exceptional customer service and over-all servicing my car to get it to pass emissions! I recently bought my car at another dealership and my issues were not resolved. In desperation to get my emissions to pass, I took it to Coulter Infiniti in Mesa and explained my situation. Within minutes they had my car back with the tech and accessed the problem. The service that was preformed cost more than they quoted but they delivered on their promise did not charge me anymore!! Also they did an overall check on my car and did not even charge me for doing so! To boot, they gave me a beautiful 2012 Infiniti rental car and again it was a NO CHARGE to me for the several days that it was in being repaired. This is what customer service is all about and because of their compassion, integrity and by standing up to the quality of care to their clients, they won a customer and trust me many referrals as well. had vehicle towed to dealership. Felt I was overcharged on all parts. When I asked him what a $29.99 part was , he told me it was an air filter.Then he just walked away and leftme to pay the bill. If they mark up an $8. filter 3+ times I can't imagine what the mark-up on the other parts were. I was never contacted again to see if I was satisfied with their work, although I can say the car is operating well.. More
