Today I went to Coulter infiniti to do a recall on my airbags I call on Friday morning to set up the appointment for Monday @ 9am gave em my name phone number even vin number of my car I show up & they t airbags I call on Friday morning to set up the appointment for Monday @ 9am gave em my name phone number even vin number of my car I show up & they tell me that I don’t have an appointment This is why I don’t trust dealerships no accountability on their part basically saying it’s my fault drove 25 minutes wasted my time, gas & morning.
