We had an issue with our passenger side door handle that needed replacing. We worked with Jose and Spencer to get the handle replaced by Infiniti. Jose and Spencer were very patient with us during the process and were very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend both of them. More

At first the service wasn’t the best. It was 2 hours for a simple oil change. I didn’t get any texts about the findings in an inspection. Therefore I didn’t know they were waiting on me. The cleaning was amazing so that made up for the other slow service. I would Recommend if the service dept doesn’t get a quick reply then go check the waiting room or call them. I was waiting in the waiting room the entire time. Consequently I didnt get any additional services due to the timing. Over all I think if I would’ve received the text it would’ve been an amazing experience. I did finally receive the text as I was leaving. Thanks for your service! I would consider coming back when needed. More
