My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. Mike takes pride in providing his customers with the absolute best customer service (as all of the Country salesmen do) and was trying to resolve the situation, but was unable to keep you here long enough to go over the options of taking your new van home with you that same night. He was working with a Manager to assist in resolving the issue, but was not able to confirm for you in the short time you were at the dealership. We were very upset to see you go, as we could have sent you home happily that same night. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while at our dealership. We appreciate your feedback and we would like the opportunity to try and rectify your situation. Your feedback means a lot to us here at Country and we always want happy customers.
