I also agree that former managers have tainted our reputation in the past, but I feel we have moved on and our reputation in the community is much better than it ever has been. The car business is such a grind, and so competitive that sometimes it becomes a bad experience, not just for customers but for salespeople too. We try our hardest to avoid this type of experience, because what we really strive for is your complete satisfaction we want to earn you as a lifetime customer and a customer that will send friends and family to us. After your original contact with us, I replied via private message and notified the dealership owners and had the management get involved. We looked up the history on your mothers car and the maintenance we did prior to selling it. This is what I found. The car was sold Jan 2010 to your mother with just shy of 38,000 miles and it had a clean carfax. Several calls were made to follow up with customer satisfaction over the course of the past 20 months since the purchase and no complaints were ever noted. Since the purchase of the car over 1 and a half years and over 15,000 miles ago we have not seen the car back in for service. When you brought it to us to complain we listened to you, we did a safety inspection, we offered to buy the car and use it as a trade toward a car of your choice on our lot and we ran another carfax on it which came back clean. If your concerns had been brought to our attention days or even weeks after the purchase we would have been able to do more. But bordering on 2 years and over 15,000 additional miles we feel the offers we made to you are more than fair.
