My car spent a total of 13 hours over 3 visits to take care of my recall. I was originally told it was a 5 minute update. Visit 1 was 2.5 hours. Then it took them 15 more minutes to locate my car on the lot when I told them it wasn't in either parking lot. I returned today for the third time, and after 5 hours (good updates on progress today) it was finished. At visit 2, I also mentioned I had received 5 offers (phone, email, and text) since July 1 about selling my car. I asked not to be contacted again. Between visit 2 and today, I received 2 more emails from Brandon Scoggjn and Jessica about selling my car. I think 7 notifications in 17 days is harassing. I'm traveling from Shorewood for every visit and wasn't even able to get a loaner car. I'm from the Bradley-Bourbonnais area originally and like to do business in my hometown even though I moved 8 years ago. I even get my oil changes from you. Unfortunately, I may switch to Rod Baker or Tirapelli from here out because of the hassle. More
